We provide polyurethane additives for insulation panels used in commercial and industrial wall and roof insulation. Used in a range of applications, we offer polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam additives in flex-faced, metal-faced and continuous panel types. Our additives can provide increased insulation values, better surface quality, improved adhesion, a wider processing latitude, and reduced smoke and flame generation. For the manufacture of the various types of PIR and PUR insulation panels, we offer a full additives package of silicone surfactants, amine & metal catalysts as well as release agents. 

Discontinuous insulation panels

The discontinuous panel market has become a growth area for polyurethane foam due to the innovative applications that require new solutions to meet the new demands. Our additives can help improve performance features on foams using various blowing agents, alternative equipment requirements and differing geometrical designs. With additives that contribute to insulation value, flow enhancement, or blowing agent retention, we offer an extensive range of silicone surfactants, amine catalysts and release agents.
